Alfredo Meatball Sub

This wonderful recipe is my togo for these lazy summer days. Plus they’re so simple and quick to make. And the best part is, they’re so darn goood.

The Alfredo Meatball Sub prep is very simple. All you need is your choice of bread, (which in this case i used fresh plain rolls), Italian meatballs, Alfredo sauce, and the seasoning down below at the ingredients section.

One awesome thing about this recipe is, they’re very filling. So if you’re making these amazing Alfredo Meatball Sub’s for a big family, you won’t need to make a whole bunch.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.6 lbs. Italian meatballs
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp salt (add more if needed)
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dry oregano leaves
  • 1 tsp Italian zest
  • ½ tarragon leaves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Boil water on a medium sized pot, add in the meatballs. Cook for about 7 minutes.
  2. On medium/large pan, sauté the minced garlic in olive oil in medium-high fire and add in the meatballs. Add in Alfredo sauce, balsamic vinegar, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, oregano leaves, tarragon leaves, Italian zest, and oregano leaves. Cook for about 10 minutes altogether.
  3. Toast your choice of bread. And cut up into “hot dog style” bread.
  4. Add the meatballs into the bread.
  5. And now eat & be happy!
