Chicken Mein
This is my TOP favorite pasta’s at the moment! My family and I make this at least a few times a week. Very quick and simple to make for lazy nights. Also, a serious hangover helper :))
INGREDIENTS
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp garlic
- 2 chicken breasts diced & cooked
- 2 small carrots diced & cooked
- ½ small cabbage diced & cooked
- 15 tbsp oyster sauce (add extra if needed)
- 6 tbsp soy sauce (add extra if needed)
- 15 tbsp chicken/vegetable broth (add extra if needed)
- Angel hair pasta
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook diced chicken on medium high heat until light brown, about 5-7 minutes. Meanwhile, add garlic, black pepper, paprika & garlic powder.
- Add in diced cabbage and carrots. Cook on medium heat until vegetables are soft, about 6-8 minutes.
- In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce & chicken/vegetables broth. Pour in pan with chicken, cabbage & carrots. Mix altogether.
- On a separate pot, add angel hair pasta to boiled water until cooked.
- Drain the pasta water and add to the pot with everything else.
- Mix well and serve while still hot.
