Chicken Mein

This is my TOP favorite pasta’s at the moment! My family and I make this at least a few times a week. Very quick and simple to make for lazy nights. Also, a serious hangover helper :))


INGREDIENTS

  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 2 chicken breasts diced & cooked
  • 2 small carrots diced & cooked
  • ½ small cabbage diced & cooked
  • 15 tbsp oyster sauce (add extra if needed)
  • 6 tbsp soy sauce (add extra if needed)
  • 15 tbsp chicken/vegetable broth (add extra if needed)
  • Angel hair pasta

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cook diced chicken on medium high heat until light brown, about 5-7 minutes. Meanwhile, add garlic, black pepper, paprika & garlic powder.
  2. Add in diced cabbage and carrots. Cook on medium heat until vegetables are soft, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce & chicken/vegetables broth. Pour in pan with chicken, cabbage & carrots. Mix altogether.
  4. On a separate pot, add angel hair pasta to boiled water until cooked.
  5. Drain the pasta water and add to the pot with everything else.
  6. Mix well and serve while still hot.
